All access is monitored, and the team is notified each time an authorized person arrives at your rental and requests an access code.

Tenant Turner uses AI-based anti-fraud detection features to identify potential scammers. The information you provide is kept confidential in our system, as mentioned previously. No one other than our staff will be able to see the information provided.

For example, to detect rental scammers, our customers may ask you to upload an ID before a showing and that file will be deleted 90 days after the ID was uploaded to Tenant Turner, regardless of lead or rental status. We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.

To pay your rent, please go to Dashboard, then click “Pay Online” - and pay all open invoices at once, OR simply open one needed invoice from the Transactions list and pay just the separate invoice. After clicking on "Checkout" you will be able to choose how you would like to pay.
